    ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/4 c
    each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

    fat-free milk

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. 4 points per serving
