this is a great smoothie for those days when you just want to relax on the deck and rest

1banana, sliced

3/4 cfrozen berries (i used raspberries)

juice of 2 oranges

1/2 cyogurt (i used berry, but use any yogurt you have on hand)

1 1/2 cmilk

1 tsphoney
How To Make berry banana smoothie

1Place fruit, yogurt and milk in your blender. Drizzle over the honey and switch the blender on and blend for 30 seconds.

2Turn the blender off, give the contents a good stir and blend again for another 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
