This is a warm zesty and festive punch for the chilly days of Winter. Color with red food coloring drops and float lemon slices if desired.

Ingredients For sugarplum cranberry punch

  • 2 can
    (one pound) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 c
    water

How To Make sugarplum cranberry punch

  • 1
    Crush cranberry sauce with a fork and combine with brown sugar, 1 cup of water, spices, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add pineapple juice and 3 cups of water. Heat to boiling and simmer 5 minutes. Color with red food color. Serve in punch bowl or pitcher which has been pre-warmed in warm, then hot water. Float lemon slices.
