Ingredients For strawberry champagne punch

1 pkg(3 oz) strawberry-flavor gelatin

1 cboiling water

1 can(6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

2 ccold water
-
1 bottle(750 ml) rose wine, chilled

1 bottle(750 ml) champagne, chilled

1 pt(2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen*
How To Make strawberry champagne punch

1* To freeze strawberries, wash and gently pat dry. If desired, leave stems on for color. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet; freeze until firm.

2Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. In punch bowl, combine gelatin mixture, lemonade concentrate and cold water. Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and strawberries.
