2 bottlechampagne, chilled

2 qtsparkling water, chilled

1fifth brandy, chilled

large ice ring with mint leaves frozen in it,

fresh mint leaves
How To Make simple champagne punch

1Place large ring of ice in punch bowl. Pour in wine, sparkling water, champagne and brandy. Float mint leaves on surface. Recipe can be cut in half.
