Ingredients For sherbet punch

  • 24 oz. lemonade
  • 16 strawberries
  • 2 quarts lime sherbet, softened at room temperature for 30 minutes
  • 4 liters carbonated tom collins mix

How To Make sherbet punch

  • 1
    First make an ice ring. Mix the lemonade and strawberries in a gelatin mold. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until solid. When ice ring is ready, mix the softened sherbet with all but 1 cup of the Tom Collins mix, and beat with a whisk. Add reserved cup of mix just prior to serving, to give the punch extra carbonation. Serve in large punch bowl with the fruited ice ring. Serves 20 to 24 Hot Toddies
