Ingredients For pain-eze juice

1/4pineapple, skinned, chopped

1 lgapple, cored (leave the skin on)

1 mdcucumber, skin on

1/4grapefruit, skin on, seeds removed
How To Make pain-eze juice

1Skin pineapple, wash all fruits and cucumber.

2Feed into juicer and serve over ice.

3Notes: Grapefruit contains organic salicylic acid and is one of the most valuable fruits for dissolving inorganic calcium, which may have settled in the cartilage of the joints. Pineapple--The bromelain content helps dissolve waste material accumulated in the joints. Cucumber reduces acidity in arthritic/rheumatic conditions. Ginger has components that inhibit the formation of inflammatory prostagladins therefore reducing pain.
