This is a refreshing summertime punch recipe that's alcohol-free and appropriate for all ages. It's a fizzy orange-infused lemonade that's spiked with fiery red cinnamon candies, and it’s sure to put a bit of sparkle and pizzazz in your Fourth of July festivities.

Ingredients For firecracker punch

  • 2/3 cup
    red hots™ candy (or similar spiced cinnamon candy)
  • 4 cups
    water
  • 1 (6-oz) can
    frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 cup
    frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (from a 6-oz can)
  • 1 liter bottle
    ginger ale soda
  • 6 slice
    orange, each slice cut in half

How To Make firecracker punch

    • In 1-quart saucepan, cook cinnamon candies and 1 cup of the water over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until candies are melted; remove from heat. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    In large punch bowl, stir candy mixture, remaining 3 cups water, the lemonade and orange juice concentrates until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Just before serving, gently stir in ginger ale. Garnish with orange slices.
