Ingredients For fabulous citrus cucumber water fat flush!!!!

    grapefruit sliced
  • 3
    tangerines sectioned
  • 1
    cucumber sliced
  • 1 bunch
    small bunch ( a few sprigs ) of mint leaves
  • 1
    tray of ice ( or a quarter of a bag)
  • 1/2 gal
    water ( depending on the size of your pitcher ) to a
  • 1 gal
    water ( you may also use unflavored mineral water as well)

How To Make fabulous citrus cucumber water fat flush!!!!

    Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit Peel tangerine. Combine all ingredients fruits, vegetables, gallon of water, and ice into a large pitcher.
