If you like mimosas and cranberries, this one's for you! (The prep time included the 6 hours for the ice to firm - the actual mixing of the ingredients is only about a 5 minute prep)

Ingredients For cranberry champagne punch

  • PUNCH
  • 1 bottle
    champagne, prosecco or other sparkling white wine (bottle size = a fifth)
  • 56 oz
    ginger ale, chilled (diet is ok)
  • 1 qt
    orange juice, chilled
  • 32 oz
    cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • ICE RING
  • 1
    lemon, sliced
  • 1
    orange, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3/4 c
    orange juice
  • 3/4 c
    cranberry juice
  • 3/4 c
    water

How To Make cranberry champagne punch

  • 1
    6 hours before serving and while juices are chilling, make the ice ring. Layer lemon and orange slices in a ring mold and scatter cranberries in between. Then mix together the cranberry juice, orange juice and water, and pour the liquid over the fruit. Freeze the ring mold until firm.

    Mix all 4 punch ingredients in a large punchbowl with the ice ring.
