Ingredients For cranberry champagne punch
- PUNCH

1 bottlechampagne, prosecco or other sparkling white wine (bottle size = a fifth)

56 ozginger ale, chilled (diet is ok)

1 qtorange juice, chilled

32 ozcranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- ICE RING

1lemon, sliced
-
1orange, sliced
-
1/2 cfresh or frozen cranberries

3/4 corange juice
-
3/4 ccranberry juice
-
3/4 cwater
How To Make cranberry champagne punch

16 hours before serving and while juices are chilling, make the ice ring. Layer lemon and orange slices in a ring mold and scatter cranberries in between. Then mix together the cranberry juice, orange juice and water, and pour the liquid over the fruit. Freeze the ring mold until firm.

2Mix all 4 punch ingredients in a large punchbowl with the ice ring.
