I first tried this at a cousins wedding. People started looking around the reception for me and finally found me in the kitchen with the catering staff, happily copying down the recipe for it! Who says it's too hot to have coffee??!! Just serve it this way! ;)

Ingredients For coffee punch

  • 1 qt
    brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 can
    (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 gal
    vanilla ice cream, softened
  • ground cinnamon

How To Make coffee punch

  • 1
    In a large container, combine the coffee, milk and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon ice cream into a punch bowl; pour coffee mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.

    * for a coffee/mocha drink, substitute vanilla ice cream with chocolate ice cream.
