Not as strange as it sounds. This unique Vietnamese preparation for coffee is silky smooth, creamy and a little bit tangy. The balance is perfect; sweet and tart, resulting in a perfectly wonderful cup of coffee. Try it, you won't be able to have just one.

Ingredients For yogurt coffee

  • 8 oz
    black coffee, vietnamese, cooled
  • 1/4
    plain, thick yogurt
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    chipped ice, fill glass

How To Make yogurt coffee

  • 1
    Brew your coffee, then let it cool.

    To a blender add the yogurt and condensed milk, blend then pour into glasses over the chipped ice.

    Next slowly pour in the cold coffee, stir and enjoy.
