Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons freshly ground coffee
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 - crushed ice for highball glasses
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
How To Make thai iced coffee

Step 1Bring the water to a boil in a pan on medium high heat. stir in the ground coffee, then add the sugar, stirring till everything dissolves. leave to simmer 10 minutes then remove from heat, and let cool. to serve fill 4 highball glasses with crushed ice and add your coffee, stir to chill stir 2 tablespoons evaporated milk in each glass to make white coffee. ummmmmm
