This creamy Pumpkin Smoothie with the fresh flavors of pumpkin, banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla comes together in less than five minutes. It has the perfect balance of pumpkin pie spices and sweetness. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a pick me up after school or work.

    frozen banana
  • ½ c
    vanilla yogurt
  • ½ c
    pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 c
    milk (see notes)
  • ½ tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 pinch
    ginger
  • 1 pinch
    nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    maple syrup

How To Make pumpkin smoothie

    Add the frozen banana, vanilla yogurt, pumpkin puree, milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If desired top with whipped cream and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
