1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/8 tspground nutmeg

6 tspgraham cracker crumbs (optional)
How To Make pumpkin cheesecake shake

1Place all ingredients (except graham cracker crumbs) in a blender and blend until smooth.
