Ingredients For pumpkin cheesecake shake

  • 1 can
    (14 oz) pumpkin puree, well chilled (not pie filling)
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, cold
  • 6 oz
    lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 c
    milk, 2%
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 6 tsp
    graham cracker crumbs (optional)

How To Make pumpkin cheesecake shake

    Place all ingredients (except graham cracker crumbs) in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour into glasses and top each serving with a teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
