1Place ingredients in a 32-oz jar or pitcher and add filtered or sparkling water. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

One: 8 thin Granny Smith apple slices, 5 fresh ginger slices, 2 (1-inch) lemongrass sticks.
Two: 5 cucumber slices, 2 sprigs fresh thyme, 4 tangering slices.
Three: 4 red grapefruit slices, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, 3 jalapeno slices (seeded).
