This is the base for making lemonade by the glass. You can adjust the sourness or sweetness to your liking.

Ingredients For lemonade syrup

  • 2 Tbsp
    grated lemon rind
  • 2 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    water

How To Make lemonade syrup

    Blend first 3 ingredients, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add the water, cover tightly and store in the frefrigerator.

    to make a glass: put one and a half or two Tablespoons of syrup in a glass, fill with ice. add water and stir.
