Ingredients For italian coffee

  • 1/2 c
    evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 6 c
    coffee, hot, strong

How To Make italian coffee

  • 1
    Chill evaporated milk in mixer bowl in freezer until partially frozen.
  • 2
    Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

    Beat until thick and fluffy.
  • 4
    Fill cups 1/3 full.
  • 5
    Add hot coffee.
