Iced coffees are best made using a dark roast coffee, as the flavors of lighter roasts are muted by the cold temperatures, and by dilution from melting ice. The stronger flavor of a dark roast will come through best.

How To Make iced coffee

1Brew a pot of coffee using twice the usual amount of ground coffee or make coffee with half the amount of water.

2Put ice tea spoon in tall glass.

3Fill glass with ice cubes.

4As soon as coffee is brewed, pour into glass.

5Optional: add flavored syrup such as vanilla, raspberry or sugar/creamer.
