Just as good as Starbucks. I like to triple the Cold brew and keep it in the fridge. will last a couple of days.

Ingredients For homemade cold brew mocha iced coffee

  • 1 c
    cold brew coffee (recipe follows)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    cornstarch
  • ice

How To Make homemade cold brew mocha iced coffee

    For cold brew coffee: Place 1/2 cup of coarse grind coffee in 2 cups cold water. Cover and let steep 24 hours. Strain,

    In a microwave safe dish combine 2 tbsp coffee with sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Microwave for 30 seconds.

    Add the remaining coffee and evaporated milk. Mix well and pour over ice.
