This Homemade Coconut Coffee Creamer is so easy to make. Plus I enjoy it in my coffee, so I do double the recipe.

Ingredients For homemade coconut coffee creamer

  • 1/2 cup
    of half & half
  • 1/2 cup
    of 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup
    of granulate sugar (or 8 packets of sweet 'n low)
  • 1
    teaspoon mccormick coconut extract
  • 1/2
    teaspoon mccormick pure vanilla extract

How To Make homemade coconut coffee creamer

    In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, 2% milk, granulate sugar (or 8 packets of Sweet 'N Low), until steam appears.

    Remove pan from heat, and stir in the coconut extract, and the vanilla extracts.

    Allow to cool completely, then store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
