Chef's Note: There are recipes like this that call for "cooking" the honey and ginger, but do not do that. Cooking it will only destroy the good parts of the honey and ginger. Give it 4 weeks, and let it work its magic.
  • 6
Place in your cupboard, or on your kitchen window sill for about 4 weeks.
  • 7
Chef’s Note: I prefer placing it on my kitchen window sill. Not only does it get the gentle warmth of the sun; in addition, it just looks so nice.
