I love the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, and Lemon juice; however, I do not like just taking a shot glass, and drinking it down. So, why not make it easier to take by adding some fruit, and healthy honey. I realize that this will not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I can attest that it is a great health/energy drink. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients For healthy essentials: lemon/acv cocktail

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 2 Tbsp
    fruit, frozen or fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple-cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh clover honey, or to taste
  • 6 oz
    filtered water
  • ice, as needed
