Ingredients For chocolate monkey

  • 1 1/4 shots banana liqueur
  • 1 oz. dark crème de cacao
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup plus extra to drizzle
  • 3 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream, to top

How To Make chocolate monkey

  • 1
    Place the banana liqueur, crème de cacao, chocolate syrup, ice cream and milk in a blender. Process for a few seconds until smooth. Pour into long glasses. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serves 4 The Golden Book of Chocolate
