aufgesetzter (homemade german liqueur)

Recipe by
Marion Wilting

This was the homemade liqueur which people around here used to serve guests - and many still do so. You can use other berries, too, and you can also add a vanilla bean. Use some grain spirit with 32% alcohol for authenticity - or, if you don't have it, you can also use vodka.
