Ingredients For anti-flu preparation

2 tspcayenne pepper

1 1/2 tspsea salt or common salt

1 cboiling water

1 capple cider vinegar
How To Make anti-flu preparation

1Grind together the cayenne pepper and salt to form a paste. Add boiling water and steep and cool. Once cool, add the apple cider vinegar.

2Most adults can take between a teaspoon to a tablespoon every half an hour. If it is too strong, dilute it. If it is too strong for your tummy, use 1 cup brewed chamomile tea instead of the boiling water.

3This is a strong remedy! Some folks love the taste, some of course do not. Sometimes people who do not, will like it if they feel a cold/flu coming on. This recipe comes from "Herbal Medicine", Dian Dincin Buchman. To good heath, everyone!
