Try this with 1/2 and 1/2 if you're watching calories/fat intake! As a child, visiting Vienna (Wien), I wasn't remotely interested in the coffee, so now as an adult, I have to make my own! Usually made with strong coffee!

Ingredients For viennese coffee

1/2 ccream

8 ozsemi-sweet chocolate, chopped

8 cbrewed coffee

whipped cream
-
ground cinnamon
How To Make viennese coffee

1Bring 1/2 cup cream to simmer in large saucepan. Reduce heat to low.

2Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Gradually whisk in coffee.

3Ladle coffee mixture into cups. Top with dollops of whipped cream. Sprinkle cream with cinnamon and serve.
