Turmeric is amazingly healthy. It fights inflammation for example but that's just one on it many wonderful properties. This tea is so enjoyable that you'll forget that your doing something good for your body. On a side note, you don't have to use peppermint, any tea you want to use will do fine.

Ingredients For turmeric enhanced tea

1peppermint tea bag

1 chot water

1 tspchopped ginger

1/8 tspground turmeric

1/8 tspground cinnamon

sweetener of choice to taste

1 dashdash of black pepper, optional
How To Make turmeric enhanced tea

1Steep tea in hot water.

2In a separate cup, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Add the steeped tea to the cup and sweeten as and if desired.
