Candy coffee, how could you go wrong?

Ingredients For toffee coffee

  • 1/2 c
    coffee creamer or to taste
  • 5 c
    hot brewed coffee
  • 1 Tbsp
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    butterscotch ice cream topping
  • chocolate sauce
  • toffee bits

How To Make toffee coffee

    In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.

    Stir toffee bits into coffee; let stand for 30 seconds. Strain and discard any undissolved toffee bits. (Straining optional if you don't mind some tasty bits in your coffee but be sure that everyone gets some). Add some creamer to each cup.

    Pour coffee into mugs and stir. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate topping and some more toffee bits.
