Ingredients For rhubarb lemonade

1 cchopped rhubarb

1lemon, juice and zest
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 clemon juice (use from your zested lemon)

4-5 ccrushed ice

How To Make rhubarb lemonade

1Simmer rhubarb, lemon zest, sugar and 1 cup water in a small pot and until the rhubarb falls apart, about 10 min. Pour the mixture through a sieve-save the liquid and discard the solids.

2Add the ½ cup lemon juice and stir.

3Fill a pitcher with crushed ice and pour the hot liquid over. Stir to cool the lemonade. Add as much water as necessary to desired strength.
