    carrots, washed, peeled and ends cut off
  • 1 lg
    beet or 2 small, peeled
  • 1 lg
    apple or 2 medium, washed and cored
  • 1 lg
    red pepper, washed, seeded and ribs removed
  • 1 1/2
    inch ginger root, peeled
  • 2 lg
    celery ribs, washed and ends cut off
  • 1 lg
    lemon, peeled and halved
