Ingredients For "pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1 1/4 cwhole milk

1 Tbspvanilla
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspallspice, ground

3 Tbsppumpkin
-
1 tspgooseberry jam (substitute raspberry, black currant, boysenberry, etc jam)

1 Tbspcream cheese
-
1 Tbspdark brown sugar
How To Make "pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

1Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid, for about 5 minutes.

2Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.

3Strain through a sieve (use cheesecloth as well if your jam has seeds) and pour into a ceramic creamer.

4Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
