Ingredients For "pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 3 Tbsp
    pumpkin
  • 1 tsp
    gooseberry jam (substitute raspberry, black currant, boysenberry, etc jam)
  • 1 Tbsp
    cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar

How To Make "pumpkin gooseberry" cheese danish coffee creamer

    Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk thoroughly for an even liquid, for about 5 minutes.

    Lower heat to low and cover, cooking for 20-30 minutes.

    Strain through a sieve (use cheesecloth as well if your jam has seeds) and pour into a ceramic creamer.

    Can be used immediately in your favorite hot beverage. Chill first for use in cold beverage. Store in refrigerator.
