I don't usually like fruit tea. But this one is an exception. It is really great on a hot summer day.

Ingredients For nantucket tea

  • 10
    tea bags
  • 4 c
    water-room temperature
  • 2 c
    cranberry juice
  • lime simple syrup
  • equal part water to sugar-zest of one lime per quarter cup of water.

How To Make nantucket tea

  • 1
    Steep teabags in water for 45 minutes. Remove and discard bags.

    Stir in juice and simple syrup to taste. Serve over ice.

    TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP-equal part sugar to water. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lime zest-zest of one lime to 1/4 cup of syrup.
