Ingredients For magic coffee

  • COFFEE BASE INGREDIENTS:
  • 2/3 c
    coarsely ground coffee
  • 3 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • AT SERVING:
  • milk
  • half n half
  • ice
  • rum

How To Make magic coffee

    Coffee Base Directions: Put ingredients in a quart jar and stir.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 3
    When ready to serve pour the coffee base through a sieve or strainer lined with a paper filter into a bowl, then strain back into jar for easy storage.

    For each drink: Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Pour in coffee until glass is about 3/4 full, and add any or all of the finishing ingredients.
