I came up with this recipe because I have been trying to incorporate 3 to 4 tablespoons of Coconut Oil into my diet each day, but have not found many simple and tasty (it's good but SO rich to drizzle on salads, etc...) ways to do it. I now drink this every night before bed. I was using whole milk for a while (a good alternative if you have almond allergies) but the nutritional benefits, taste, and lack of lactose/dairy makes a world of difference. I call this my "magic" milk because of all the benefits from each ingredient (except maybe the vanilla?)are wonderful; from glowing skin to cardiovascular health to increased metabolism to general well-being! Hope you love it as much as I do!

Ingredients For magic coconut milk

1 1/2 calmond milk

3 - 4 Tbsporganic extra virgin coconut oil

dashvanilla extract

2 Tbsphoney
-
2 tspcinnamon

pinchnutmeg
How To Make magic coconut milk

1Pour almond milk into sauce pan over medium heat.

2Add coconut oil and stir.

3Once milk and oil is slightly warm, drop in honey, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat to desired temperature, stirring constantly.

4Pour into a mug and ENJOY!(I keep the spoon in mine and give it a good stir before every sip due to seperation and settling) :)
