This recipe is a none alcoholic version, but you can add it if want, it's great either way.

Ingredients For irish iced coffee by eddie

  • 1/3 c
    freshly brewed expresso
  • 1/3 c
    irish creamer like bailes irish creamer
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubs
  • 1/2 c
    chilled milk
  • 2 scoop
    vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate topping when serving

How To Make irish iced coffee by eddie

    Combine the coffee and the coffee creamer into a small container. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

    Place the coffee mixture ice cubes , milk and ice cream in a container of your blender, blend until smooth.

    Drizzle topping around the inside the serving glasses. Davide the mixture among the glasses

    Top with ice cream and a little whipped cream. Drizzle the rest of chocolate then serve.
