Ingredients For iced tea syrup

2 qtwater

1/4 lbtea (loose)

3 lbsugar
How To Make iced tea syrup

1Bring water to a rolling boil.

2Add tea & remove from heat. Cover with lid & steep for 10 minutes (or until all the good is out of the tea)

3Strain & add sugar while tea is still hot.

4Cool, pour into glass jar with tight fitting lid. Store in refrigerator.

5Note: This recipe can be doubled using 5 lbs of sugar.
