I'm on a roll...3 in a row! Had to post what I refer to as "rice pudding in a glass." I love this stuff...this was also in my daughters school cookbook.This is a drink that is served in Mexican restaurants.

Ingredients For horchata (rice water)

1 galcold water

1/2 csugar(or more to taste)

1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1 can14 oz bordens sweetened condensed milk

4 ozwhite rice soaked in cold water for 3 hours

1/2 ozvanilla extract
How To Make horchata (rice water)

1Use a blender and blend soaked rice in about 1/2 cup cold water for 2 mins.Add cinnamon and vanilla and blend for 2 mins. Add condensed milk and sugar and blend 2 mins. Pour mix into the gallon of water and stir well. Chill for two hours. Enjoy!
