frozen raspberry lime 'mock' margaritas
(4 ratings)
This month of May, Girl's Night In was themed for Cinco de Mayo so I thought it in order to make some 'Mock' margaritas. I am pleased to say they turned out delicious even thought they didn't have tequila in them. My girlfriends just loved them and I will be sure to make them again. Drink up!

1First thing is to moisten with juice and salt the rim of your margarita glasses. You can slice your lime into a wedge and moisten the rim of glass with it. Or you can pour some lime juice into a wide bowl and dip glass down into the juice. Have another wide bowl or plate filled with salt and dip glass into salt after the juice.
