How To Make diabetic friendly buttered rum coffee mix

1Place coffee and nutmeg in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade. With processor running, add flavorings.

2Stop processor and scrape sides of container with a spatula. Process 10-20 seconds longer.

3Store in refrigerator.

4To Use:. Place minimum of 1 tsp in a 1 cup measuring cup and add boiling water. Stir and strain into a 6 oz cup.
