coffee ice cubes
(3 ratings)
I hate to waste the two or so cups of coffee left in the pot when Dennis leaves for work. (*NOTE: I realize this is simple, and you probably have done this or thought of it yourself. But just in case you haven't...) The frozen cubes made from the leftover coffee don't dilute your drink as they melt.

How To Make coffee ice cubes
-
1Allow coffee to cool.
-
2Pour cold coffee into ice cube tray, freeze until hard.
-
3(*Note: save a special tray to use just for coffee, which will turn the ice cube tray brown)
-
4Put coffee cubes in frosted glass, add coffee, along with cream and/or sugar as desired. (I keep everyday glasses in the freezer to use for cold drinks all day long.)
-
5Find a place to sit, and enjoy your iced coffee.
