Ingredients For chocolate eggnog

  • 4 c
    skim milk
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (4-serving size)
  • 1/2 tsp
    rum extract
  • 1/4 c
    cool whip lite
  • dash
    ground nutmeg

How To Make chocolate eggnog

    In a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.

    Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.

    Pour into 4 glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite. Lightly sprinkle nutmeg over Cool Whip Lite.
