Ingredients For berry lemonade

2 craspberries, fresh or frozen

1 csugar

2 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice

3 ccold water

How To Make berry lemonade

1Boil the berries and sugar together in a small saucepan with 1 cup water for several minutes, until the berries disintegrate and the sugar dissolves.

2Pour the syrup through a strainer into a large pitcher.

3Stir in the lemon juice, and add about 3 cups of cold water, keeping in mind that ice will further dilute the lemonade.

4Pour into tall glasses over ice, and garnish with lemon slices.
