My husband fell in love with the lemonade at a Brazilian restaurant & I set out to make it for him. This recipe is pretty tart, suited to his taste. I'm sure you can add more sugar. Also, I used a juicer, but I think you can use a blender and strain out peel, then mix everything together. Hope you enjoy!

What a refreshing drink! This lemonade has a little extra tartness that I just loved. It makes me want to sit on my porch swing on a warm summer night and watch the lightning bugs. Can't wait for summer to arrive and make this again.

  • juice from 8 or 9 lemons
  • 1/3 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubes
  • 4 c
    water
  • ice for serving
