Back in the fiftys my dad would take me to malt shop for these. I think back then it was a grape fountain syrup.Mixed with malted milk power and vanilla icecream. now i make them with vanilla icecream and good grape juice purple grape dark.May check the net for grape syrup.

    vanilla icecream
  • grape juice
  • powered malted milk

    Mix all in your blender or what ever you have.
