Ingredients For viennese coffee mix

1/2 cinstant coffee granules (reg. or decaf)

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

1 Tbsporange peel (if using fresh, you'll want to store the mix in the fridge)

2 tspcinnamon

1 tspallspice

3/4 tspnutmeg

whipped cream and grated chocolate, to serve

brandy or coffee liqueur , to taste
How To Make viennese coffee mix

1Mix all dry ingredients together. (If using fresh grated orange peel/zest, keep mixture in fridge.)

2To serve - add 2 teaspoons of mixture in cup; add boiling water, stir. Garnish with whipped cream and some grated chocolate.
