Ingredients For spicy hot chocolate mocha

  • 1 1/2 c
    milk (dairy ot other)
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar (1/2 tbsp splenda brown blend)
  • 2 Tbsp
    good quality dark cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper (more if you like)
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • TOPPINGS:
  • whipped cream
  • mini chocolate chips
  • chocolate syrup
  • caramel syrup
  • marshmallows

How To Make spicy hot chocolate mocha

    Place all ingredients, except the toppings, in a medium-sized saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, constantly whisking, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through.

    Pour into two coffee cups or glasses and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, chocolate syrup and caramel syrup.
