This is a family recipe I enjoyed so much as a child. Many people use Tang and instant tea, and that's great in a pinch, buy this is so much better! Keeps in the fridge about a week. To reheat, pour some in a mug and microwave. Or you can reheat slowly on the stove.

Ingredients
- 3 - oranges
- 2 - lemons
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 to 3 - cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 3 quarts brewed tea
How To Make russian tea

Step 1Brew tea per instructions with cinnamon sticks and while cloves. Remove spices and tea bags.

Step 2Juice the oranges and lemons.

Step 3In a medium sauce pan, slowly heat the juice with the sugar, stirring constantly until it looks clear. Pour heated juice into hot tea and stir until blended.
