Ingredients For roiyarumirukuti (japanese royal milk tea)

3/4 cfiltered water

2 tspassam loose leaf tea

1/2 cmilk (for best flavor use whole milk)

sugar, if you like your tea sweetened (i used honey)
How To Make roiyarumirukuti (japanese royal milk tea)

1Bring the water to the boil.

2Add the loose tea directly into the water. Lower heat medium-low heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Do not boil.

3Add the milk. Heat gently until hot.

4Pour the tea through a fine mesh strainer directly into a warmed tea cup. Sweeten if desired.
