How To Make mimi's winter toddy

1To the cup of very hot water, add the tea bag and the ginger. Let steep 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the teabag, I usually leave the bits of ginger, but you can remove if you feel too hot and strong.

2Stir in the rest of the ingrediants, sweetening with the honey to your personal taste. Sip slowly...
